European Space Agency astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti apparently makes a pretty mean quinoa wrap--putting you and your sloppy, fatty Earth snacks to shame.
Just watch how easily Cristoferretti makes this very health-trend conscious mackerel, quinoa and leek cream tortilla, sans gravity.
