Sushi Pop Art

For two nights a week through Sept 9, Royal/T becomes this pop-up restaurant, w/ a Katsuya chef making fishy dishes inspired by contemporary Japanese art, like the "Sweet Shrimp Present" (w/ tempura scallop wrapped in an egg sheet) and the "Dragons Eye" (squid w/ tuna, yellowtail, halibut, salmon, avocado, & asparagus), w/ optional sake pairings, because nothing makes you appreciate pop art like Waralcohol.
