Industrial'd out with corrugated steel panels and exposed brick walls, this tiny, mostly outdoor spot is billed as the "Working Man's Gourmet Burger", with make-your-own options including three 8oz patties (beef, turkey, veggie), homemade mayo-based spreads (onion, cranberry, chipotle), extras (applewood smoked bacon, fried egg, sauteed onion, etc), and bun style: whole wheat honey, "old fashioned" white, pretzel, or "burger in a bowl" -- as nothing says "blue collar" like a desperate fear of carbs.
