Shirts My Way

Business fashion has long constrained you with off-the-rack clothing hewed to sensible tradition, but who ever said you can't have your flattering custom fit cake and eat it while looking like you employ a schizophrenic seamstress, too? Get the work gear you want, from Shirts My Way.

The brainchild of two Danes sick of staid office-attire options, SMW's site lets you easily tweak their premium buttondowns in so many ways, they claim there're over 7 trillion variations, scaled slightly back from their business plan's projection of "double infinity". Construction options run the gamut from obvious (seven styles each for cuffs & collars; numerous button, placket, and pocket choices), to more id-sync fare like square-cut bottoms and shoulder loops; for fit, either provide measurements for 11 different deets (collar, bicep, cuff...), or pick from standard sizes and specify your cut, which should be "loose", if you're not mobile enough to measure yourself. While the 17 fabric options're relatively classic (solid white in oxford woven cotton blend, 100% cotton blue/white striped twill), SMW lets you unleash your inner Fresh Prince with up to nine fabrics per shirt, separately steezing components like pockets, collars, interior cuffs, and even yokes, giving you a business-in-the-front/party-in-the-back option, because shirts also need mullets.

Best of all, any shirt you design can be purchased in a short sleeve model as well, because when warm weather rolls around, who's to say you can't have your custom fit while eating your Falling Down Michael Douglas cake, too?
