With the possible exception of arriving in a spaceship and making a terrifying display of your alien race's superior firepower, there's no better way to introduce yourself to the world than throwing a killer event. Doing just that: Buick, with the Regal Remix -- and you're invited.
Making its Dallas debut at a May 12th Palladium Ballroom bash at 7 PM, the 2011 Regal was bred on the Autobahn, but made for North Texas: a sleek, turbocharged sport sedan that's revolutionizing the Buick brand with a driver-selectable suspension system, a firm, European-tuned chassis, and next-level standard features including six-speed automatic transmission, 18-inch wheels, XM, Bluetooth, OnStar, and, to keep your best feature toasty, heated front seats. Beyond a chance to ogle the ride, the Palladium coming-out gala will feature apps from Abacus head chef Kent Rathbun, plus an open bar from the premium tequila PaQui ("to be happy" in Aztec, which you'd know if you'd watched that public television special on decrypting ancient languages). To soothe your ears, there'll also be a performance by Greenville native Ben Kweller, who recorded his first album at 13, an amazing accomplishment, though it's tough getting permission from your father to go out with your groupies.
To RSVP for Regal Remix, just click here, and prepare to witness Buick's superior firepower -- as for the terrifying display, that'll happen when you meet the appetizer tray.
