Mediterranean stuffing in Park Cities

Just opened by a member of Houston's Dimassi family, the white, black, and azure-painted Cedars serves up buffet-style pan-Mediterranean offerings from cranberry-sauced braised lamb shank, to beef/chicken/lamb/seafood kebabs, to Egyptian Cornish hen, which in Egypt is typically made with pigeon -- though the only ones likely to complain about the switch are old Gizas.
