You don't have to read it all

A couple with 20 combined book-biz years has unleashed Dallas' first alternative-only bookstore in more than a decade, a tiny, Beat poet-mural'd space dealing in new/used tomes from Kerouac to Dostoevsky, freedom-loving mags (High Times, Mother Jones...), collectible CDs & DVDs, movie & music posters, and, oddly, 1st-gen video game consoles: Nintendo, Atari 2600, and Sega Genesis -- a bit like selling bacon in a synagogue, but hey, Defender!
