The Shops at Park Lane got a brewpub

With garage doors separating its earth-toned, tiered dining room and girthy patio, the second Texas outpost of this Bay Area-based microbrewery/resto sports a huge menu stretching from hand-tossed pizzas, to Kobe sliders, to Cajun mahi tacos, plus 30 cocktails and two 1,500-liter vats producing six craft beers, all of which abide by Germany's 500-year-old purity law; there're also a handful of "Guest Brews", who routinely ridicule the craft beers' prudishness, and are all about head.
