Pub grub goes Ellum-ey

This six-month-old Austin-style bar's taken over the ex-Crickets space and its full kitchen to prep a Texas-inspired next-level bar menu designed w/ help by an ex-Libertine chef. Just-kicked-off Sat-Sun 11am-2pm brunches feature chorizo burritos, fried egg sliders w/ leek hash, and dark choc-sauced cinnamon churros; coming-soon lunch/dinner will range from red wine braised chicken legs w/ polenta croutons to the triple-sauced, Idaho/sweet tater "French Fry Duo" -- like one of those old-timey slapstick acts, except the ballooning joke is you.
