The high-end steakhouse's Master Sommelier & chef have put together a four-course, out-of-their-box feast featuring 10 beer pairings, including three brews each with the evening's two mains: Arrogant Bastard/Brooklyn Local 2/St Bernardus Abbey with spaetzle'd sauerbraten and, with orecchiette pasta-sided braised rabbit, Unibroue Ephemere, Rogue Dead Guy, and Estrella Damm Inedit -- brewed with help from Spain's el Bulli, considered by many to be the world's best restaurant (clearly, "many" have yet to be Golden Corralled. SHRIMP NIGHT!!!).
