More FW than Swayze

Cowtown's version of the Bishop Arts original is more contemporary in décor (it'd fit perfect inside Park Lane), but while its gourmet-Southern menu's heavier on market-fresh seafood & salads, it's still dominated by classics such as chicken fried hanger steak, venison Frito pie, and the foie gras'd Landy Burger. New items include "Texas Red Clay" Spiced Beef Tenderloin, and Chicken & Waffles, which is actually Shiner-marinated quail on a pressed bed of caramelized onion -- promoted by the not-catchy slogan, "Lego my pressed bed of caramelized onion".
