Food & Drink

This place is so Meta

Opening Thursday after a fall's worth of delays, this bistro from Watel's chef-owner (a Congo-born son of a diplomat) will sling global-gourmet fare like sliced duck breast w/ couscous, aioli Kobe meatballs, Cuban pork roast, and Thai tea créme brulee. Next door's a same-owned trinket/art/antique store called "A Few Of My Favorite Things", stocked with randomness like paintings, imported figurines, old desks, and hand-blown glass, unfortunately not designed for your actual favorite thing.
