B'ham fast casual invades P-town

Open yesterday, this Birmingham-based fast-casual chain's second area outpost goes slightly more upscale, with bigger/deeper earth-toned booths, available beer and wine (mostly domestics & big vineyards), and a meatier Greek-Southern fusion menu; new items include steak tortilla roll-ups w/ 'shrooms/sun-dried tomatoes & mozz/feta, shrimp/salmon kebabs served w/ Indian raita (cucumber dip), and "Zoë's Stacks": focaccia sandwiches from the "Steak Stack" to the turkey "Olympus" -- though everyone knows gods get the steak.
