The MSP branch of Rosa Mexicano is the first non-coastal one, but that doesn't mean the food is any less authentic than the Mexican you can get in Cali. In a spot set off with waterfalls around the bar, Rosa boasts table side guacamole preparation, crispy marinated pork, and whole red snapper. Their booze game is pretty sick, too, pouring a variety of Mexican beers, tons of tequilas, and even dessert cocktails.

The latest addition to LA Live's gorging options is this brightly colored, via-NY Mexicaneria, featuring booziness like specialty tequilas (Don Julio 1942 Anejo; barrel-made Gran Patron Burdeos, etc) as well as unique cocktails like the Flor Blanca (silver tequila w/ lemons and St. Germaine), and dolled-up grub like a mixed-grill brochette w/ beef tenderloin, chorizo, onions, tomatoes, and serrano pepper; "Layered Duck Tortilla Pie" w/ yellow pepper habanero cream cheese sauce, and jumbo lump crab enchiladas w/ tomatillo sauce, pumpkin seeds, and melted Chihuahua cheese.
