Huskies V. Ducks Wine Battle

The Waterfront's tailgate/dinner-date mash-up features a protein-heavy 6-course prix fixe (seared diver scallop; spinach/smoked bacon salad; roasted king salmon; angus fillet w/ black truffle demi glace; lemon meringue/Baileys bread pudding/chocolate ganache dessert trio), paired with six wines, three each from Matthews Estate (helmed by UW alums), and Willamette Valley Vineyards, run by former Ducks -- after which everyone will make nice and roll a Blount.
