Borscht Film Festival

The fifth annual Borscht, which commissioned five short films repping five Miami hoods, includes Velvet (Design District), featuring a beautiful house, a beautiful girl, and a relationship turned crappy, What The Tide Brought In (Surfside), inspired by the Gabriel Garcia Marquez short story The Handsomest Drowned Man In The World, and Xemoland (Key Biscayne), an animated short about a kid who gets the bejesus scared out of him by Terminator 2 -- proving you should have to be 18 to watch Linda Hamilton do pull-ups.
