Prix fixe feast

New chef Jason Neroni's instituted a $35 prix fixe, with starter options like crispy Brussels sprouts bathed in dashi and topped with a creamy poached egg, or rich salmon tartare paired with bright pickles, mustard seed, quail egg & romaine; mains like sable with cucumber noodles or crisp & fatty Peking suckling pig; and finally a green cardamom custard, so named because it always cards moms in the hopes they'll be so flattered they'll pump its biofuel.
