Next Tuesday, Woodfire Grill's going Italian with fourth-generation vino-maker Paolo Demarie all the way from Piedmont. He's not edible, so there'll also be five (secret) courses to pair with the house's finest 2010 Arneis Roero DOCG, 2008 Barbera D'Alba DOC Superiore, 2007 Barbaresco DOCG, 2007 Barolo DOCG, and NV 'Birbet' Brachetto.
