Bartenders' Roundtable: Muscle Memory

We organized a panel of four bartenders from four different types of drinking establishments—a sports bar, a farm-to-table restaurant-bar, a dive bar, and a high-volume, slightly upscale joint. They talked about what they’re seeing and hearing in their venues these days, as well as the perks and pet peeves that come with the job—no matter what kind of place you’re working in.
