In an unabashed attempt to drive a stake through McDonald's dollar-menu monopoly, starting tonight, the Back Bay watering hole is adding yet another one-buck promotion, Thursday 10in pizzas, to their already burgeoning lineup of cheap cheeseburger Tuesdays and $1 Texas toast breakfast sammie Saturday & Sundays.
