Here's a Gin Cocktail Just Made for Halloween
Puns aside, there’s nothing optional about the Thai flavors in this intriguing variation on a traditional Gin Sour. Adam Nystrom developed the midnight black concoction at E.P. & L.P. in West Hollywood. Southeast Asian ingredients such as coconut and lychee create an exceptional depth of flavor, not to mention the unique color, which comes from coconut charcoal—and makes this one a perfect Halloween sipper.
Here’s the complete recipe:

- 1.5 oz gin
- .5 oz lychee liqueur
- .25 oz Amaro Montenegro
