How this cocktail is not more popular is beyond us. An easy-as-pie combo of reposado tequila, pineapple juice, and agave syrup, it looks great, tastes great, and is perfectly suited to sunny vacations.
Here’s how you make it:
- 2 oz reposado tequila
- .75 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz agave syrup
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Add tequila, pineapple juice and agave syrup to a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake to combine and chill, then strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
