When we tasted this concoction for the first time, we were shocked—in the best way possible—at its complexity and depth of flavor. We would never have expected the floral and herbaceous notes that rolled over our taste buds. Those came courtesy of the coconut water and gin, and they were buoyed by a jolt of fizzy bitterness from the tonic. It was a bona fide revelation, and it gave us the gift of a new summer sipper to add to the repertoire.
Follow the steps below and you’ll be adding it to your rotation, too:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 1.5 oz coconut water
- Tonic water, to top
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Fill a Collins glass with ice and add gin and coconut water.
- Top with tonic water and stir to combine and chill.
- Garnish with a lime wedge
