Here’s how to make it—steady as she goes!:
- 4 oz dark rum
- 2 oz passion fruit syrup
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Mint, for garnish
- Add rum, lemon juice, and passion fruit syrup to a shaker tin with ice, and shake to combine and chill.
- Strain over crushed ice in a Hurricane glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
