The Mojito is Perfect for the Beach. Or Dreaming of the Beach

They say the Mojito is a bartender’s nightmare, mainly because of the muddled-mint step it requires. Order a round of them during the Saturday night rush and watch the barkeep’s face fall. It’s true they can be labor intensive, but for the home bartender especially, they’re well worth it. In addition to that mint, they’ve got rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a fizzy top-off of club soda. Perfect warm-weather sippers.
