Purists may cringe at calling this one a Martini, but it’s in the classic cocktail canon as just that, and no matter how you might want to categorize it, there’s no denying it’s a tasty drink with a bold, conversation-starting color.
It’s also super easy to make: Just shake up vodka, grapefruit, lime, pomegranate and simple syrup with ice, double strain into a Coupe, and—boom—you’ve got a bright pink drink perfect for Valentine’s Day, or whenever you’re in the mood for one.
- 1.5 oz grapefruit juice
- 1.5 oz vodka
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- Add grapefruit juice, vodka, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup to a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake to combine and chill.
- Double strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
