Cinnamon-Pecan Maple Syrup

Cinnamon, pecans, and maple syrup make a spectacular trio of flavors. And they really shine in this delicious concoction, which you can use for cocktails, gelatin shots ... and pancakes and waffles. It's also super-easy to make.

Here's how you do it:

Ingredients |

  • 10 pecans
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon,
  • 4 oz maple syrup
  • 2 oz water

Method |

  • Muddle the pecans and combine them with cinnamon, maple syrup, and water in a saucepan.
  • Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then strain out pecans and store in a sealable container.
