Cinnamon-Pecan Maple Syrup
Cinnamon, pecans, and maple syrup make a spectacular trio of flavors. And they really shine in this delicious concoction, which you can use for cocktails, gelatin shots ... and pancakes and waffles. It's also super-easy to make.
Here's how you do it:
- 10 pecans
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon,
- 4 oz maple syrup
- 2 oz water
- Muddle the pecans and combine them with cinnamon, maple syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then strain out pecans and store in a sealable container.
