Here’s how to make it:
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz Campari
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- Ginger beer, to top
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
- Add vodka, Campari, lime juice, and pineapple juice to a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake to combine and chill, then strain over fresh ice in a Highball glass.
- Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
