Setting up a coffee date with even one person can be a difficult dance of locations, times, and socially-acceptable orders. Which is why it's especially brave that one man is embarking on a quest to get one-on-one coffee with all 1,087 of his Facebook friends. Even the ones from high school.
Matt Kulesza started his 1000+ Coffees project in early September, and calls it "an exercise in remembering to get to know people outside the 'book". Though his mission is relatively new, he's already managed to meet up with 25 Zuckerberg-approved friends. Some are former band buddies, some are ex-girlfriends, and some are even named Mia Oopsididitagain Haberdashery-Jones. You can catch up on Kulesza's chronicles on his 1000+ Coffees Tumblr, or frantically Facebook friend him now for a shot at your 15 minutes of Internet fame.
