Man attempts to stay sober by eating yeast, fails miserably

Last month, Sam Adams' founder revealed to Esquire the secret to his ability to drink all night, yet at no point be compelled to engage in such all-night drinking activities as calling exes and eating White Castle. According to Jim Koch, eating yeast in yogurt before drinking some brews keeps you reasonably sober. Naturally, people began testing the theory, and one site is calling shenanigans. Brülosophy put Koch's method to the test, and after downing 4tsp of yeast mixed with Go-Gurt and four beers in an hour, he found himself just as goofy as he'd normally be. And twice as gassy.
