Emperor's Call

  • 2oz Remy Martin Cognac 1738 Accord Royale
  • .25oz white truffle honey
  • 3 dashes Black Mission Fig bitters
  • Lemon twist and dried fig flag
  • Add the bitters, honey, and cognac into the glass
  • Add ice¬†
  • Stir to mix
  • Garnish with lemon twist and fig

The Caffe Berry

  • 2oz Remy Martin Cognac 1738 Accord Royale
  • .75oz lime
  • .5oz vanilla simple syrup
  • 3-4 blackberries, muddled
  • Coffee to top with, preferably a dark strong coffee bordering on espresso
  • In a collins glass, begin muddling the blackberries at the bottom
  • In a separate shaker tin, mix vanilla, lemon, and cognac
  • Shake it up and strain into glass with ice
  • Add coffee or espresso on top¬†
  • Garnish¬†with a vanilla bean (split on one end) & blackberries.¬†

The Mediterranean

  • 2oz Remy Martin Cognac 1738 Accord Royale
  • .75oz lemon
  • .5oz honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg white
  • Throw all the ingredients except the ice in a shaker tin¬†
  • Give it a quick shake to mix everything together
  • Add the ice¬†
  • Shake vigorously to froth the egg white¬†
  • Strain the ice¬†
  • Garnish with dill¬†

  • 2oz Remy Martin Cognac 1738 Accord Royale
  • .5oz cinnamon simple syrup
  • .5 ginger syrup
  • Sparkling apple cider to top
  • Throw the ingredients right into the glass
  • Add ice and top with sparking apple cider¬†
  • Garnish with apple slices¬†
