Made with key lime juice (it’s sweeter and more aromatic than your standard lime juice) and RumChata, this liquid take on the pie also includes whipped cream-flavored vodka to replicate the traditional topping. Garnished with a graham cracker crust rim, it’ll make you feel like your basking in the Key West sun.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz whipped cream vodka
- .5 oz Rumchata
- .5 oz key lime juice
- graham crackers
- lime wheel
INSTRUCTIONS
Step one
Rim a shot glass in lime juice and crushed up graham crackers.
Step two
Add whipped cream-flavored vodka, RumChata and key lime juice to a shaker filled with ice.
Step three
Shake and strain into the shot glass.
Step four
Garnish with a lime wheel if using, and serve.
