Following hot on the heels of Pepsi's artisanal "kola," Mountain Dew is throwing its hat in the fancy soda ring with DEWshine. The forthcoming beverage comes in glass bottles, is made with real sugar, and really isn't moonshine. We promise.
DEWshine's name and packaging (which features a dude in flannel popping the cork off a suspicious vessel) are apparently a nod to Mountain Dew's roots in the backwoods of Tennessee. The soda boasts citrus flavors and comes in packs of four 12oz clear bottles. But you can dump it into your finest XXX jug beginning March 23rd, when DEWshine hits the market.
