Fans rally to bring back Starbucks' Eggnog Latte, and succeed
Fans of hyper-seasonal beverages, rejoice! A mainstay of Starbucks' winter menu since 1986, the Eggnog Latte, was briefly dropped from their roster of drinks throughout North America (with the conspicuous exception of the Pacific Northwest -- THEY'RE HOARDING IT ALL FOR THEMSELVES) the other day, causing an outpour of incredibly impassioned fans to pelt them with requests to bring it back. And it worked! Hooray, democracy!
Starbucks was initially concerned about their ability to get enough eggnog from their suppliers, but now that they know how unbelievably popular the holiday beverage is, they're projecting that they'll be able to stock enough to sell it in locations across the continent by November 17th. And for people who need their festivity even sooner, there's always the Chestnut Praline Latte dropping on November 12th.
