Opening for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, this lobby bar from the Gerber Group focuses on everything local well as being green "without shoving it down people's throats", because that's a safety hazard. They're slinging not-exactly-NYC Stumptown coffee (With foam art! Ask for a Swayze!), farm-to-bar cocktails like the Bonfire On The the Bayou (w/ gin, rhubarb syrup & Creole bitters), and upscale bar eats like a pulled chicken quesadilla with a Sriracha/ BBQ combo sauce.
