Fruity drinks from Seattle's sweetest rum destination

Published On 12/13/2012 Published On 12/13/2012

Abetting its already rum-heavy cocktail menu, Rumba's Tuesday-only list of vintage island-style sipables uses fresh squeezed juices, and housemade syrups/coconut creme to create things like the Jamaican rum/ passion fruit/ pineapple/ Mangalore liqueur Air-Conditioned Nightmare, which is what you'd probably call Hawaii if it weren't for Tiki drinks. And the white sand beaches. And the movie Blue Crush. Damn your begrudging splendor, Hawaii!

If you like rum and anything Tiki-related, hit Rumba and enjoy a selection of over 250 different kinds of rum, and a small but deliciously packed menu.
