This mostly take-out cafe from a former Top Cheffer's got a menu stacked w/ crazy delicious sandwiches, like a brioche bun w/ coffee-braised short rib, onion confit, goat cheese, roasted garlic, and wild arugula; a spicy buffalo chicken ciabatta w/ celery & onion mirepoix, romaine, and roquefort cheese spread; and a panini w/ sottocenere cheese, alfalfa sprouts, truffle oil, and shiittake, an ingredient that's usually pretty prophetic.
