Beer Week at Belga Cafe

Offered for the next week, Belga's 4-course, beer-included prix fixe includes: white asparagus with poached egg/baby gray shrimp/mousseline sauce (served with a Palm draft); green pea soup w/bacon and croutons (750ml of Chimay White); slow cooked rabbit roulade with young veggies/prune compote/bacon/Rodenbach red ale sauce (Straffe Hendrik, again 750 ml); and a rice pudding tart with Corsendonk Christmas Beer ice cream and Armagnac prunes, plus a Corsendonk Christmas draft, 'cause it's beginning to look a lot like...Christmases?
