All-star Prix-Fixe

For one night only, a former Cafe Stella dude, a guy from Froma, the wine guy from Bar Covell, and a Village Bakery dessertress're teaming up for grub like glazed quail w/ tarragon, orange squash & hearts of palm; and oxtail gnocchi w/ carrot, saffron, cream & gremolata, all to raise funds for a tour from local electro-rock band Spirit Animal, which's exactly what you'd now call that quail and ox.
