Island foie gras at a poolside pop-up

The award-winning food-dudes behind LA's Animal are teaming up with local chefs to open a poolside pop-up restaurant at Solé East, with tbd dishes incorporating local produce & seafood, plus Animalian fare like balsamic pork ribs, Hawaiian-influenced foie gras "loco moco", and bacon-chocolate crunch bars, a.k.a. Babe Ruths.
