The culinary competition dedicated to all things pig is kicking off its five-year anniversary tour Feb 17th in founder Brady Lowe's hometown of ATL, and will treat you to an epic pork feast paired with wine, bourbon, craft cheese, and extremely Ilegal mezcal that is actually totally legal.
Turns out people like winning trips to Aspen, so all of the dishes are crazily top-secret for the moment, but you can expect wildly imaginative heritage-hog meals from Ryan Smith (Empire State South), Joseph Schafer (the forthcoming King + Duke), Eric Ottensmeyer (Leon’s Full Service), Whitney Otawka (Farm 255), and Guy Wong (Miso Izakaya)
