The former Hank's Garage has been revamped with leather chairs flown direct from Mexico and a seafood menu boasting Mexico City cheese chicharron, ceviches of tuna, salmon, and catch of the day, and entrees ranging from garlic/guajillo peppered mahi mahi to 16oz bone-in ribeyes topped with grilled cactus, because why should your cholesterol be the only thing that's spiky.
