Also good news: the menu is loaded with burly patties mostly named for other places not in Vermont like the Santa Fe topped w/ queso sauce, pickled jalapeños, and blue corn chips; a spice-crusted Louisiana w/ pepper jack, tasso ham, and spicy remoulade; and
the Burlington the Dallas with cole slaw and BBQ sauce.
