Lunchtime pho on the go

Affectionately named PHO@MO because marketing polls suggest people relate to catchy acronyms, this just-launched Vietnamese lunchtime pop-up runs daily from 1130a-130p in the MO's lobby lounge and offers a choice of broth (aromatic oxtail or ginger-scallion chicken), meat (shaved steak or chicken), and traditional pho garnishes like rice noodles, scallions, and Thai bird's eye chilis.
