Los Feliz's best Chinese is now in the Valley

The second location of Los Feliz's upscale Chinese bistro's a clean, black and red room (opening only 26 years after the original) serving up the likes of tea-smoked duck szechuan marinated and smoked w/ Oolong tea leafs & served w/ steamed buns, hunan lamb sauteed w/ leeks, green pepper, & black bean garlic sauce, and the shrimp/ scallop/ baby lobster "Seafood Heaven" -- a dubious claim considering the lack of angel or Jesus fish.
