A meat haven in Bridgeport

From a chef (surprisingly not former Sox catcher Mike LaValliere) who has been selling his dry-cured applewood bacon and hand-ground sausages at farmer's markets for a couple of years now, the new brick 'n mortar outpost will also offer up between-bread action in the form of Chinese bakery buns stuffed with a rotating selection of fillings like smoked pulled pork with pickled red onion or cumin-braised leg of lamb.
