American-Italian chef flies in, cooks, and leaves

Gina Stipo of Italy's Ecco La Cucina's in town again for a popup dinner at the Italian Club of Dallas. Her once-a-year visit's gonna include roasted pork with winter veggies, gorgonzola flan with roasted pears, and fresh pasta with wild boar ragu, far superior to wild boar Prego.
