A tasty feast you should probably shave for

When Lorenzo Polegri's not manning the kitchen of his Orvieto, Italy resto, Zeppelin, or at least keeping it away from sparks, he's cooking for people like the President of the United States, or at the James Beard Foundation. But this Saturday night he's recreating his "Love, Umbrian Style" James Beard dinner for you (maybe) with dishes like Umbrian Pecorino with chestnut honey jelly & Tuscia's hazelnuts, and beef & chicory polpettine with white truffle bechamel.
