Lazaranda's making like a more culinary, less spiky/yellow Bart Simpson and writing up a daily blackboard menu where they'll feature specials like an antojito trio (panela cheese zarandeado, ribeye chicharron & carnitas), and a tortilla stuffed with lobster, beans, and Chile de arbol oil called the Toasted Lobster Pirata.
