The second resto from a husband/wife tandem who got their start in Carrollton/are probably friends with Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Locke, and Sayid, Jin Korean BBQ lets you grill your own Korean meats (and eat them!) using tables with super-cool-looking infrared grills designed to reduce smoke. The interior looks like this: blue-lit booths and geometrically influenced backdrops, all sticking to the colors of the Korean flag: red, white, and blue (samesies, America!). Whatever you do, don't pour water on these. When you're ready, they'll bring out a cart full of any of the 23 all-you-can-eat options you want, including this LA galbi (laterally cut short ribs) and samgyubsal, a triple-layered pork belly that'll likely give you a... triple-layered pork belly. After you've grilled and cut your ish to perfection, load it up with a whole tableful of sides, like kimchi or these glass noodles. Once you finish, just flip the light switch (awesome, right?), and they'll rush you over another cart-full of meat. Lazy, afraid of cooking, or like your food neatly segmented in compartments? Go for their boxes, which're neatly arranged with your choice of protein, sides, and rice.
